Commercial License Information Yearly Fee $50.00  includes Membership to the site Terms A Commercial License is good only for the year in which you purchase it.  In order to continue to use my graphics and tubes from year to year you must purchase a yearly commercial license.  In other words, if you purchase it for the year 2006 you can use my graphics for that year, when 2007 comes around you can no longer use my graphics unless you repurchase one for 2007.  I do not offer Lifetime Commercial Licenses. If you have a commercial site and you are using my graphics in a free area, IE: offering FREE websets, then all you need to do is purchase a membership.  Once you begin to charge for the sets, or the items you create, or you begin to charge membership fees to the site, then you must purchase the commercial license.  You may also use my graphics to decorate your commercial site as long as you are not selling the graphics. If you would like to purchase an individual graphic to use exclusively, please contact me via email.   My banner must be visible on your homepage.  Websets, Auction Templates, and Printable Scrapbooking items must have graphics ©DudleysBearDen.com  You can use my commercial license for the following....creation of web sets to sell, signature tags to sell, scrapbook printables to sell, to make memo pads, recipe cards etc to sell via the internet.  If you have questions about what you can make and sell with my commercial license please contact me PRIOR to purchase.   I do not offer refunds. I do not allow the mass production of my graphics or the conversion of my graphics.  If you would like to use my graphics for things such as digitizing, digital cross stitch, digital embroidery, etc please contact me.  Graphics can be purchased in packages or individually for those uses. You can however also put your copyright information because you are in fact creating the item.  I also require a banner and a link back to my site on your commercial site.
